My sliding door is very hard to open. From the inside you can lean (hard) against it and push while pulling the handle and it will open. From the outside you have to grab the top of the door at the rear and pull out while pulling the handle to get it to release. The door slides easily and closes with little effort, latches fine. Any suggestions? Is there a real latch that needs to be greased?
