Hi,
The new Fuel pump is about 40,000 km on it and from begining the pump is noisy -a constsnt hum sound, ( it was not from Delco but another aftermarket product for around $600.00) plus installation done about 3 Yrs back. My question is that is this because of Bad Fuel Pressure Regulator( being clogged up) or Fuel Filter? As I read somewhere that on Volvo Cars changing the Fuel Prsessure Regulator takes away the hum and feeds proper pressure to injectors even this in on return Fuel Line.
Pl. advice.
