I have a 2005 astro van, drives fine, but at red lights, it vibrates pretty bad, if i put in park or neutral vibration stops?

what do you think this is

vacuum lines?

Motor mounts?

U joints ?

the van does not vibrate at all during driving, this is the second astro van that has done this too me and i cant get a handle on it
