I tried to get the 18mm bolts off to replace the pads and rotors on my van and I couldn't, for the life of me, budge either one! I started with the front passenger one and I figured if this was how this one was, I wouldn't even try the others.

I have an air compressor but would it be wise of me to buy a pneumatic ratchet to try to get them off?

My rotors are really rusty as is the majority of the brake mechanism. I have sprayed a penetrating oil, several times, in an attempt to help me out but that didn't do anything except make it look clean.
