Back door window opens without key

Default Back door window opens without key

I have locked every door, turn left right, button pressed...

checked fuse...

and nothing... door opens without key....

it only locks when I remove the fuse.. any help.?? thanks

I'm trying not take it there and fixing it myself...

I currently don't have the funds to shell out cash...

Sound like something is causing it to get power all the time. Maybe the switch has gone bad. I'd check to see if voltage is getting to the actuator when it shouldn't be.

The clasp mechanisms have control rods that extend to a pivot in the middle of the hatch. The actuator is what moves the pivot to pull the rods. Disconnect it from the wiring harness and see if the door latches. Check for voltage from the harness, it should have none when the button isn't pressed.

when I remove the wiring harness it latches and closes fully
