Question No brake lights

I have a 96 Astro AWD, it's the second on I've owned. I am having a problem that I can't seem to solve.
About a week ago, my headlight chime (the one that lets me know I left the headlights on) quit working, along with my seatbelt warning light in the dash.
I've looked for fuses, or information on how to troubleshoot, but noone seems to have anything.
Well to add to my woes, I asked my brother to check to see if my 3rd brake light was working, and when I stepped on the brakes, he informed me that I had no brake lights at all.
I've checked the fuses, they are all OK, I've replaced the brake switch, but that didn't do the trick, and I even checked the bulbs, and they are OK. My chilton's book does not show a complete wiring diagram of the thing, so I can't trace anything back.
Anyone out there know where I can get a complete wiring diagram, or have any insight on what's going on with my van?
I'd appreciate any and all answers

For wiring diagrams and more, consider an online subscription to ALLDATAdiy.com or Mitchell 1 DIY. You may want to check the Stop/Turn/Hazard Lamps, CHMSL, Chime Module fuse in the I/P fuse block. Verify the presence of battery voltage on both sides of the fuse through the probe holes on the fuse. Both the inoperative alarm chimes and stop lamps make me suspect the supply side.
