Default Parking lights still on..!!!

Well, I've pulled the relays under the dash, pulled the fuse under the dash for the parking lights, and they still won't go out without removing the neg battery cable...this is a hastle..especially at night...-20F, snowing...every time I stop and park! HEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP!!!

(not to sound rude, but is there an on/off switch? some have 'em, some are automatic...

the switch doesn't make them go off. the mechanic pulled the relay and they still stay on.

If you pulled the relays and the light stay on and only go out when you disconnect the battery you have a wiring issue somewhere.
