Right Low Beam won't work

Right Low Beam won't work
Hey all...I have a 2000 Astro and my right low beam won't work...replaced the bulb(Halogen) twice, even replaced the plug unit it plugs into...also parking lights won't go out, and this is random.....sometimes they will, sometimes they won't. Do I just need a new switch in the dash...?
