I am looking into a 2000 Astro LT. I do not believe it has the tow package becasue it does not have a hitch. Do all 2000's come with the tow/haul switch even if they do not have the tow package. If I want to add a tow package, besides the tranny cooler and hitch is there anything else i should consider? Can you check the build codes? VIN is 1GNDM19W9YB141529 . Thank you.

I also just found a 2000 Express 1500 Conversion. VIN 1GBFG15R1Y1224844. $6000 with 93K versus $4400 with 99K on the Astro. Build codes and advice on both woudl be appreciated.
