Vacuum to fuel pressure regulator
Hi, I bought a Astro 96 awd that had a bad fuel pump, I changed the pump + filter, then i didnt get a spark on the ignition so i changed evrithing in the ignition. Now i have a nice spark and the car starts on start gas, but i cant get any fuel to the spark. i have tried every thing.
I heard that the pressure regulator can be bad, so i bought one and took the upper intake manifold off and changed the regulator. When i read the Haynes Repair Manual it says that there is a vacuum hose to the regulator.
Im missing that hose.
Is there any one that knows where it goes? from the regulator to ?
Im sorry if my English is bad, I kom from Iceland and i live in Sweden now and all the dealers here ar what i would call dum and dont whant to help.
the Astro is a very fine car and im going to use it as a Farrier car, so im really desperet to get it going.
Realy nice Forum. thank you

My car is running perfect now. you dont need the pipe to the pressure regulator ( there is enough pressure in the manifold. ). I found a mekanic that helpt me with my problem.
I took the pressure regulator that sits in the tank and threw it in the bin. and put a pip in stead, works perfect. there was a leak on the original clams that i got with the fuel pump so i put stronger clams and the leak stopt. works perfect.
I hope you understand what i wrot, if not i try to explain better
Have a good day
