Default 2007 Nav Unit Compatibility

I have a 2007 "Base" Yukon XL with a "Base" stereo. Back when I had a 2003 "Base" Yukon I installed a factory TNR Nav Radio into it and had a stereo shop run an amp to it. It worked great.

My current radio does not have Bose or a 6 disc changer. It's really the most basic stereo you can get on this Yukon. Does anyone see a problem with me buying a used 2007 Nav unit and installing it into my truck and hooking it up to an aftermarket amp? I did it before and would like to do it again.
