Default 2004 Chevy Avalanche advice

I recently replaced all the brake pads and rotors on my 2004 avalanche and since I did that I'm hearing this grinding noise from the left, front of the truck only when the wheel is turned left. What could it be?

Sounds like the backing plate is rubbing.

I took the caliper bolts off and greased them, it's still doing it. And there is plenty
of room between the rotor and the backing plate
