2007 Avalanche with Autoride Shocks

2007 Avalanche with Autoride Shocks
I need to replace my rear shocks and front struts. I have the air shocks and the Autoride system. If I use compatible Chevy replacement parts will the sensors/computer throw an error code with the shock change out? If so, any way to clear the code without taking it into the shop?
