Default 2010 back up camera

Please help! I loved my back up camera for safety around the kids in our neighborhood. I have a 2010 Avalanche. The little screen in my mirror would show a picture that was not clear. When I exposed the camera in the back and would wiggle it around I could get a nice picture on the monitor in the mirror. Well that completely stopped now and the power indicator light under the monitor in the mirror just blinks. I replaced the camera with a new OEM camera and this did not fix the problem. I know I have power to the camera but I have no picture. What next????

Thanks,
Gunman

Update. I looked through my owners manual and see that a slow flash of power indicator tells me there is a loss of video signal. Now what/???

Most likely it is a bad connection on the video cable somewhere between the mirror and the camera. You will either need to trace it to find where the break is our just run a new cable.
