Default 2013 Black Diamond Avalanche hands free Bluetooth issue.

Anyone having problems with hands free Bluetooth? I can hear other party's very clearly, but everyone tells me that there is tremendous background noise (with all windows and sun roof closed and the radio off) and that my voice breaks up and sounds tinny and distant.
Have not had this problem with other vehicles.

You may find that your particular mobile phone is not compatable or you are just not using the correct pairing method or passcodes. You need to consult the phone manual, the car radio manual.....

Ppeshka,

I am sorry you are having this concern. Are you using your factory installed Bluetooth system? I would like to speak to our infotainment team about this concern. Please private message me your VIN.

I too am having this issue. I even got a new cell phone and the same thing, people say they can not hear me good and that I keep breaking up. Sometimes, in the same call, they'd say it was good then said I broke up and they missed several seconds or couldn't understand me.

Erica, I'd be happy to send you any additional details.

Default This IS a known problem.

This IS a known problem. My dealership found a tech bulletin, replaced a "speaker", and now when I talk to anyone, they cant believe I am even on hands-free.
If your dealerships cant find the problem, they are not trying hard enough! FYI: my dealership is Blasius in Waterbury, CT.
