07 Avalanche has two lighter sockets front, one in console, one in rear.

Only the right front works.

DIC display is out.

No (visibly) blown fuses.

Green light on right on rear view out. Green LED on left on.

I just bought the truck used.

Am I missing something?

Yep. That got it. It was the auxiliary pwr. fuse next to the door.
The outlets work again. Still no LED on the right on mirror. Still no DIC. That schematic is going right into the Chiltons Book I just bought.
