Default 12 volt accessory outlets

The 12 volt accessory outlets (cigarette lighter) evidently blew a fuse but after checking every single fuse in the fuse block under the hood and none are blown. Does anyone know where the fuse or breaker for the 12 volt accessory outlets are located?

What year is the car?
there's probably another fuse at an interior fuse panel

Doh!
It's on the driver side of the dash assembly. You have to open the door to expose it. One of those obvious things once it's pointed out. So, Aveos have two fuse blocks. one under the hood and one in the dash occluded by the drivers side door.
