Aftermarket amp hook up in 2006

Aftermarket amp hook up in 2006
I know where the Bose amp is located and i have the wires out. I have an LOC to hook up to it, just dont know which wires are positive and negative on the wires to Bose amp. I have looked everywhere and can not find them anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
