I have an 07 Avalanche with automatic wipers. on the switch it has the normal intermitent settings but it would seem as though it really doesnt matter what you set it on, the automatic does what ever it wants and not work like the intermit should. first click should be a wipe ever so often... each click they wipe more often. mine does not care where it is set on the ****, it will wipe as often as the sensor senses rain and do what it wants meaning wipe fast or slow. any help or ideas? thanks

 

I'm having the same problems on my 08 LTZ. Seems to have a mind of it's own. Example: morning mist, wipers will wipe once or twice then go to low speed, then high speed all by itself.
