I keep getting this code P0496, which is for the Evaporator emissions, i took the evap canistor off and bew it out and cleaned all sensor contacts but still getting the code after a few hours of driving any ideas?

Also have a "SERVICE 4WD" coming up once in a while but the 4wd works and the car drives fine in 2wd, any ideas?

 

the evap system isnt sealing properly, there may be a small leak, but first try replacing the fuel cap (cheapest) then try a new purge solenoid valve, if still no go then there may be a crack or leak in the lines, also, reset the system comp after each try
