Two days ago I noticed my high beam flasher and running lights didn't work. Next day engine light came on with the oil pressure gauge at zero. Truck is running fine, no knocks or weird sounds. Auto zone put it on the computer and it shows the oil pressure amps (if that what it's called) are reading too high. Dont explain the running lights and high beam flasher. Please any suggestions any ideas will be helpful. Thx in advance
