Default Smaller Tires Cause TC and 4x4 Issues?

Hi all,
I just purchased a 2006 Avalache Z71. It has 166,000 but in the last 10 years has only had about 3,000 miles put on it. (sat for about 8 years after the previous owner passed away) It runs great but has a lot of electrical bugs that I am slowly trying to work through. It has the following errors coming up on the instrument cluster... Service 4x4, Stability System Disabled along with the TC light on, Service Air bag, and TPM which isn't a big concern right now. I am wondering if the fact that it has 245/70/17 tires on it right now will cause some of these issues since the stock ones are 265-70/17 if I'm not mistaken. Any thoughts on this? I don't live anywhere near a Chevy dealer to have codes read and would rather not pay the crazy prices they charge if I don't have to.

Thanks!
