Default 1995 Lumina Oil Leak

About to buy a car. 1995 Chevy Lumina 3.1. Guy says its needs the Oil Pump drive O ring replaced on top of the motor. The part is like $3 from local dealership but a few guys have said this is a pain to fix myself or will cost a fortune at a dealership . Just curious if anybody has any insight on this issue.

Don't know about the oil pump o ring. When you have a starting issue the first things to check are the battery, alternator and battery cables.

Check the fuel pressure. Might be a fuel pump issue.
