Default 95 lumina will not start
I have a 95 Chevy Lumina will not start turn the key and everything comes on car wont start. Checked battery, cables, starter. when key is put in start position I have 13 volts at small post on starter. turn to on position I can remote start the car at the starter. Any suggestions
