Default Chevy Beretta With Possible Bad Fuel Pump

1996 Chevy Beretta 3.1L Z26 automatic

I'm pretty I have bad fuel pump but wanna check with you guys first. Starts and shuts off when spraying carb cleaner in the throttle body. Removed fuel pump relay and getting 120 ohms. Whats spec supposed to be on the fuel pump relay?

Dont fuel pressure tester or have access to one thats free. Im getting 11.7v on the fuel test wire. Im getting no pressure out of the fuel pressure relief valve. Fuel dribbles out of the fuel pressure relief valve not shoot outs when cranking the engine.
