Default Help - Excessive Interior Window Condensation

Hi. This is our first winter in the Pacific NW with a 96 Chev Corsica and we are experiencing crazy amounts of condensation on the interior windows the past few weeks.
Here is some info -
.. This car has A/C but its not working
.. Even after the windows have defrosted (or you wiped them down with a cloth) and you drive it for a while, an hour later and its nasty condensated again.

Any suggestions? I need help --- I am thinking of putting in a squeegy inside

Thanks for any suggestions.
