I bought a 1992 Lumina APV from my brother-in-law. Needless to say he's not very ... car savvy at all. (Coat hangers to replace the door handles? YIKES)

Neither of the power windows work. He claims they quit working when he put the coat hanger in to replace a broken door handle. I have power to the motor whenI flip the switch. To me, this points to an obvious motor problem, but I've also been told that if one doesn't work, neither will. Is there a control wire or something that maybe I'm not seeing?

Yes, I DO plan on putting normal door handles back in as well. UGH.
