Default radiator fan not working

I have a 91 Corsica with 3.1. Car starts fine when cold but won't start if engine is warm so I noticed my radiator fan wasn't working. Any tips on troubleshooting the problem with it? The fuse is not blown. Thanks!

Have you tested the coolant temp sensor?

Replaced that sensor along with relay. When I unplug connector from temp sensor the fan comes on. Any ideas what problem is. I replaced coolant temp sensor too. Thanks
