Help me Blazer won't start

Nead help my 99 Chevy Blazer cranks but won't start if I dump fuel and it directly it will start and run until fuel runs out have fuel at fuel rail 42 PSI when tested replaced everything somebody please help

have you replaced the ICM in the distributor? My '93 is on it's 3rd one and each time did what yours is doing.
