2010 Camaro
Whats the word on the new Camaro? They look real nice and I found some good videos on you tube showing some performance highlights.http://www.firefighters-usa.com
Idk I don't know anyone with one yet but I heard from my mom that her friend test drove one that it still has the classic rough/loud cabin ordeal going on with it but other than that I haven't heard anything about them. I hope to drive one someday though so I can personally check it out =)
I found an article about the 2010 Chev Camaro. It's got some decent information on its models and different options. It's at http://www.associatedcontent.com/art...ro.html?cat=27 I hope this helps.
To SpinEm-90,Last March I test drove a 2010 SS,then about 2 months ago I bought a 2010 Lt. I couldn't disagree w/ your Mom's friend more.I was actually shocked at how amazingly Quiet it was inside the cabin,on both cars. Also, there is a complete absensce of rattles,Cowl shake or any of the annoying little distractions i've had in the past 4 late model vehicles I've owned in the past ten years. My own 2010 LT was,in fact, too quiet.I ended up putting on a C.A.I & aftermarket exhaust just to make it louder !!! Test frive one yourself, you'll see.
Hey 1badblazer,hold oto your pennies.I just got a look at the 2011 Convertible's.That's what you need. The price for a base model isn't bad,I think around 32K ,If I'm not mistaken, they bumped up the HP to beat out the new Mustang V-6. Your fiance' would be putty in you hands after seeing you pull up with one of those !!!! westmassk

I haven't driven the new mustang V8, but we have a used one in our lot and it doesn't even compare with the Camaro SS. But I've heard very good things about the new one, so I'm going for a test drive next week.
As for the noise, the V6 is very subdued. When you are cruising you can actually relax. But power is there if you need it. The V8 make its presence noted from the moment you turn the key.
The SS is really fast, although I have to admit it doesn't seem so when you first drive it. Maybe it's because of its weight, maybe because I am too used with the Corvette. But the numbers don't lie, and 4.6s to 60mph is not a slouch in any book.
I also agree with the comments about the quality of the finish. Chevy has been getting a lot better about it, and all the new models (Cruze, Camaro, Equinox, Malibu...) show a much nicer interior.
Now if I only could make up my mind...
