Default 2012 RS Steering

Just bought this RS about 3 weeks ago and am having some steering issues. It will pull pretty hard either direction but more tot he left, generally at low speeds and on rougher 2 lane highways. The weird part is it doesn't do it all the time and there no noticeable bump or anything that seems to cause it. It's a pretty hard pull and takes some effort to stop it and straighten it back up. We took it back to the dealer and they said the alignment was a little off but everything was fine. It doesn't feel like alignment to me and it's still not right and I'm worried that its going to do it and not be able to get it back straight. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure if rack and pinion has a centering adjustment or not. How many miles on the car?

About 50,000. I don't know much about rack and pinion and not a thing about electronic power steering, but it has to be something there, it's seems too erratic for alignment.

Is this when accelerating hard or just coasting along?

If coasting along - does it do it in neutral?

Accelerating, but not necessarily hard accelerating. I don't remember it doing it when coasting and I haven't tried it in neutral to see if that changes anything

I once had an older Honda (2004 I think) that had a bad windshield glare problem in certain sunlight conditions and everyone said I was nuts. But at some times it was downright dangerous to drive.

I don't think you responded to the correct post.

You should have bought some polarized sunglasses, That will remove 80%+ of the glare and you can see clearly.
