I have a 2001 3.8L V6 Camaro and am wanting to switch it over to a 5.7L V8. I was planning on ordering an LS1 crate engine, however I heard I could put in a 5.7L Tahoe engine with a few more modifications and come out ALOT cheaper. Has anyone done this or know if this is possible with the right components, as different engine mounts and etc.?
