How do I remove racing stripes?

How do I remove racing stripes?

I've found a white 2011 Camaro LT that is what I'm
very interested in, but these black racing stripes have
gotta go. How can they be removed without damaging
the paint?

when they are new they peel off easy by hand; older they get the harder to peel off.
