Default onvenience center?

I am working on my ;89 Camaro RS. I have seen several refrences to the "Convenience Center" I am trying to locate my horn relay, Just where is this elusive convenience center? Thanks Greg

it's technical language for fuse+relay block. Usually there's one under the hood, and one in the cabin (probably by your feet)

If you look in the area down on the left hand side of the steering wheel, and up under the dash, you will see a connection block where things can be plugged in. Sometimes wires and sometimes relays. It is not the fuse block, which is elsewhere. Beats me why it is called that.
