I have a 2015 Camaro Rs and my radio sounds like it is skipping and I can't figure out what it is to fix it, any suggestions please

 

try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 5 -10 min. Reconnect and that might help. I lost all of xm, spent 2 days on blog sites. Just got done with all the advice. The last one was disconnect.to reset all computers. Worked.
