Default torque specs for rocker arm on 305?

I have an 84 trans am and i just put stem seals in but I dont know the torque specs for the 5/8 nuts that hold on the rockers.
Also is there anything i should know or do when putting the rods and rockers back on?

With the engine running, I tighten them down till they quit tapping, no more.

Nope, any preload on the hydraulic lifter is already "there". I had a valve cover from a SBC cutout that I used on a few dozen I'd done in the past. I had to replace the lower intake manifold gaskets on my 3.1 lumina, and thats the same way I did it three years ago, and ??? miles.
