Default V6 Whistling noise
My 2013 V6 Camaro makes a whistle noise at high speed while accelerating. Diminishes on closed throttle. Coming from under the hood. Any ideas?

If there is no performance degradation then I would check all of the joints and gaskets in the intake air flow path.

Sounds like a good place to start. I am puzzled because the noise starts at 85-90mph on a WOT. Starts to go away on a closed Throttle while costing. You would think a vacuum leak would be the other way around..

I ruled out a vacuum leak since there is little or no vacuum at WOT.
