1987 caprice classic steering questions

1987 caprice classic steering questions
1... My steering wheel is turnt completely to the right to drive straight
2. I can go under the hood... grab the steering shaft.. and wiggle it up and down...
3. I can also turn the wheel from twisting the shaft under the hood but with it being off it locks after maybe 3/4 turns then goes the other way....
4. the "pitman" arm seems to be messed up.... but when i look up the pitman arm online and in auto stores.. NOBODY CAN FIND IT...
5. Steering box bad?
