just bought this caprice with no rust, no dents, no dings, cherry interior. one issue is the windshield wipers. he intermittent doesnt work. its low or high. but sometimes they dont want to shut off. any sugestions? also, any good places to get door seals?

 

I have seen it happen a few times on Chevy. Try tapping on the wiper motor while you are having a problem . If tapping changes the operation of the wipers then there is your problem. Sometimes you can turn them on, tap the motor and it will stop.
