Default 69 Impala/Caprice windshield wiper circuitry

The windshield washer on my 69 Impala does not work. I ordered a new washer module because the old one tested bad and installed it on the wiper motor and the washer still doesn't work. My Chevy service manual shows the wiper motor wiring, but doesn't show anything for the washer switch or washer solenoid. I don't know if I have a bad switch, bad wiring or possibly I assembled the washer module incorrectly to the wiper motor. Any way, I am not getting 12 volts to the washer module solenoid when the washer switch is activated. Is there anybody out there who has knowledge of the washer circuitry on a 69 or 70 Impala or Caprice who could shed some light on this subject? If I knew where the washer solenoid received its 12 volts, I should be able to figure out where the problem is. Note: GM also used that same module on their cars from the mid 60's all the way up into the 80"s with only a plastic cover change. Thanks.

I finally got the windshield washer working by cleaning the switch contacts.
