Default 92 wagon loss of brake fluid

The front resevoir on the M/C was EMPTY! I refilled to look for leaks and found a puddle the next morning behind the LF wheel at about the door to fender line. I'm afraid it is the ABS modulator. I called to price one today to be ready after I really check it out. $1800 bucks!!!

Ouch!

I think I would be looking for a work around, a used replacement or a different car. Good luck.

I will be bypassing the module if that is all that is wrong.

shouldn't be the abs, mine failed but isn't leaking, probably a rusted out brake line, maybe even the caliper

it is the abs. back in 98 they even had a recall for this issue. however, GM says my car is well beyond the recall fix. so... time to bypass
