I have a 93 caprice 5.0L that runs perfect. But since I bought it the fuel gauge and speedo don't work. Swapped out VSS and nothing. Swapped out clusters and same issue. Only the temp gauge works. Anyone else have this issue?

 

So I pulled the VSS out and hooked it to my drill. Speedometer works fine. The gear looks fine as well but it tells me that I have no connection between the tail shaft gear and The VSS gear.
