Default Check Gauge light issue.

Our 95 Caprice 5.7L is still showing "Check Gauge" light and very slightly raising the throttle (while in Neutral) it goes out.
I have a new TPS (standard), Map sensor, I.A.C. all adjusted correctly with a very clean throttle body assy. NO codes. Battery is new, pos. & neg. cables and starter new because of dragging starter, corroded cable at starter and 7-yr old Duralast battery. Starts with a very strong "Zoom". Cold idle settles into a nice slower idle soon as expected. MAF sensor clean, Clean air filter.

Fuel pump, sending unit all good. Oil pressure and water temp. good. Cabin heat hot. All gauges reading normal. When ran for approx. 15-20 min as wife gets across town, sitting at a light, then the check gauge light shows up. Not check engine.

I have the GM repair manuals and it does not have a Check gauge troubleshoot area..... Has there been an upgrade. The publications dept. tell me that I don't have the books that I have in hand from a closed Chevrolet dealership. 178K mi.

I don't know if the brake pedal switch has an issue? I don't think my injectors are misfiring intermittently as they might could? I don't know if the Blue Streak replaced pcm might have an issue?

PLz Help guys..... I know someone has had to have had this issue too....I cant afford to pay for another car on disability...
