My back windows are off track, the drivers side back window can be pulled up or down with a hand and the passenger side window goes up and down sideways and gets stuck, is this because i need new regulators? My motor seems to be fine

 

If my memory is correct, the glass is held to the regulator with plastic snap together clips that have a tendency to get old and brittle and break. Chevy should still sell them. I have a front door glass like your rear so I'll find out soon.
