Dash lights
My 1996 Caprice 9C1 dashlights including digital odometer lights are supposed to come on when I start the car, they no longer do that, they will come on when I start the car and turn **** to parking lights or headlights.
Is the **** bad? Is this an inspection item in Virginia?
