I have a little problem...
No reversing lights ... Where is the switch?... bulbs are OK.

I have no suggestions regarding your problem, but I had to point out that there is no such thing as a 91 Caprice Brougham...

 

The switch that turns on your reverse lights is located on the top side of the steering column. They are adjustable, and with a wiring diagram you should be able to figure out if you have power at the correct terminals.
