I checked the fuse, even put a new one in and it didn't do anything. The cigarette lighter in the back of the console for passengers works but the one closest to me does not and neither does the USB port. All other ports and the jack work. What are some options to fix it?

 

was there 12volts at the fuse?
the cigar fuse powers outlet 1. The fuse gets its power from the rap relay. So test for power with the key in run engine off.
