Hello,
I have a 2012 Chevrolet Captiva. The electronic parking brake has very little effectiveness. It doesn't hold at all on a bigger hill. The lining and cables were replaced. They set everything up for me in the service center and nothing has changed.
I went to another service center where they tried to adjust it, but they didn't succeed, so they think that the lining is made of the wrong material. Could they be right or where is the fault?
