Suddenly, it appears the control that adjusts the blower control (top vs bottom) etc, is sticking. It will suddenly begin to blow without any action, sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes longer. When it starts, it will only blow out the bottom vents and just barely out the top, but no forced air out the top until it decides to unstick itself.

What can I check?
