Antenna removal from rear of radio on 2012 Captiva

Antenna removal from rear of radio on 2012 Captiva
Has anyone removed the antenna out of the stock radio? There is a black plastic piece that the antenna goes into. I have been trying to pull and push at this piece to remove the antenna but with no luck. Any help is appreciated.
